Enjoy your vacation from the
decks of a house built on a hillside in the quiet west end of town.
The house has a deck at the
ground level, a wrap-around deck at the second floor, and a balcony off the mezzanine
room.
Because of the views, the floor-plan is "upside-down". The 3 bedrooms, master
bath (with separate shower), shared full bath, and sitting room (that can be used as part
of the master suite) are on the first floor.The second floor contains the dining area,
living room, lavatory, and kitchen.The mezzanine is the "tower", reached by
spiral staircase, opening onto it’s own deck and a balcony overlooking the
cathedral-ceilinged living room. The house has many premium architectural touches, such as
maple floors, tinted concrete counters, and designer tile baths.

The view from the windows on the mezzanine includes the ocean towards Race Point. | This is a view across the "Moors", located just down the street from the house (about a 5 min. walk). It was taken on a day of very high tide. The rocks in the foreground are part of the breakwater that leads from the end of the road to the dunes at Wood End. The dunes of the Provincelands are seen in the background. |
